The egg donor process

First, you’ll need to complete an online egg donor application. You’ll be asked for some personal details such as your date of birth, weight, and height.

Next, we’ll set up a phone call in order to discuss the donation process. You’ll learn about the egg donation process in detail. If you have any questions, this is when you can ask them. Feel free to do so, as we want you to feel confident about making the right decision.

Then, it’s time for the screening. You’ll undergo a series of blood tests, sonograms and other medical tests in order to check your fertility status. Also, your family history and DNA will be evaluated in order to avoid any hereditary diseases. You’ll also talk to a psychologist who will evaluate your motives and once again check your understanding of the egg donation process. After you’ve completed this part, you’ll get matched with the intended parents.

After the necessary screenings we will arrange legal representation. An attorney is there to ensure everyone has agreed to the legal terms of egg donation. Both you (the donor) and the intended parents need to sign the agreement. The agreement states that you’re willingly giving up the eggs and that you won’t require custody from the parents in the future.
