Egg donation is a powerful way to make a meaningful difference in the world. We believe that some of the most incredible acts of kindness come from extraordinary women who are willing to help others create their dream families.
Becoming an egg donor is a journey of compassion, hope, and incredible generosity. We're not just looking for donors; we're seeking remarkable women who understand the profound impact they can have on families struggling to conceive.
Our ideal egg donors meet specific criteria that ensure the highest standards of health and compatibility:
We value diversity and understand that each woman brings a unique story and set of characteristics. Our screening process is designed to be comprehensive yet respectful, focusing on your overall health, genetic background, and personal qualities.
Our egg donors are compensated at a higher rate compared to most other egg donation agencies. First-time donors are compensated for their time and inconvenience in the amount of $10,000.
The American Society of Reproductive Medicine guidelines no longer recommend or require a $10,000 maximum donor payment for egg retrieval compensation. We follow the recommendation that compensation should realistically reflect the time and effort required for the egg donation process.
On top of the compensation, all of your expenses will be paid by the intended parents. Those costs include: physical evaluation, blood tests, medication, clinic visits and any legal fees.
Should you need to travel to the recipient's IVF clinic, travel costs are covered, including: hotel accommodations, airfare, meals and transportation.
Understanding the process helps remove uncertainty and allows you to make an informed decision:
Complete our comprehensive online application, sharing details about your background, health, and personal motivations.
Undergo medical and psychological evaluations designed to ensure your health and readiness.
If approved, your profile will be shared with potential recipient families who might connect with your unique qualities.
Receive guidance and support as you prepare for the egg retrieval process, including hormone medication management.
A minor outpatient procedure performed by experienced reproductive specialists, typically lasting around 30 minutes and done under mild sedation.
Our team provides ongoing support to ensure your complete physical and emotional well-being throughout the process
Our screening process goes beyond basic medical checks. We're committed to protecting your health and providing a supportive experience throughout the entire donation process:
1.Medical Screening
Reproductive health specialists conduct extensive medical evaluations. This includes comprehensive genetic testing, hormonal assessments, and a detailed health history review. We want to ensure that egg donation is not just safe, but also a positive experience for you.
2.Psychological Evaluation
A mental health professional will meet with you to explore your motivations, emotional readiness, and understanding of the egg donation process. This step is crucial in providing you with comprehensive support and ensuring you feel confident in your decision.
3.Background Assessment
We conduct a thorough background check to verify your information and maintain the integrity of our donor program. This process is confidential and designed to protect both donors and recipient families.
